Refund & Replacement TAT (Turnaround Time)

Refund TAT:

      > Refunds are applicable for  all orders. 

       > Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.

       > Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

       > The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method.

       > Refunds are initiated within 48 hours after return approval. Once initiated, the amount is usually credited to your account within 1–5 business days, depending on the payment method.

 

Replacement TAT:

       > Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. 

       > After approval, the replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days.

       > Customers will be notified once the new item is dispatched.

       > Replacement Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after shipping

       >Damage Product Exchange Delivery Time: 3-7 bussiness days after shipping
